How do you find the right person for a role within a company?
Placing the right person in the right role is the best medium- and long-term foundation for satisfied employees and business success. The right selection doesn’t just start with the choice and design of the selection process or interviews with candidates. It doesn’t even begin with the description of the position for recruitment agencies or job postings.
Successful recruitment starts much earlier:
It begins with a detailed consideration of what the position should specifically contribute to the company’s success and how it should interact with other functions within the company. This is easier said than done, as this clarity takes time and requires joint, possibly cross-departmental, thought and planning. This time investment is worthwhile, even if the pressure to fill the position quickly is high. Rushing the process can lead to overlooking something that could later become very relevant for the success of the role. We assist you in selecting candidates, from task definition and job descriptions to support during the onboarding phase.

For many years, we have passionately supported and mentored people on their professional and personal development paths.
